sometimes i sit at work and i listen to songs on my mp3 player. i have a bunch of mp3s that i've downloaded from here and there. they're all legitimate RIAA approved mp3s here on my work computer. they've mostly come from websites and links people have sent me and stuff like that. nothing unseemly. anyway, i usually just put it on random and let things fall where they may. every once in a while a song will come on by this band called "it dies today". a friend of mine once told me how great this band was and sent me a link to their website ... one i wont bother replicating here. i downloaded all the songs from their demo or album or whatever the hell it was they were hawking. so today i'm sitting here, doing the same old business of doing business that i always do and just like so many times before, "it dies today" came on. i'm here to tell you that a certain friend of mine, who i havent talked to in quite a while, was SADLY mistaken about the quality of this band. it sounds like every other terrible metalcore band and the singer sounds like he processed his voice through a garbage disposal. its crap. dont bother listening to it ... in fact ... boycott this band. they are horrible. text is a way better band. go get their album. its great.

in other news: i got paid today. how great is that? its great ...

last night i ate sushi. it was good. you might say things like "ew, gross ... eel", but you're blowing it because eel is actually really good. especially when you mix it all up with prawns, rice, nori, avocado and stuff like that. yar.

i will eat your soul ...
