my life has recently become unreportably exciting.

i got my bobby hebb cd in the mail last night. i am so stoked on it. straight up 60's soul courtesy of the japanese. its an import cd and it cost me a freaking mint. its really good though. i wish the songs were longer. "you dont know what you got till you lost it" is a rad song. bobby hebb has this really great voice. he just sounds confident and commanding ... like he knows what he's doing and he knows he knows what he's doing. its great.

went to sushi last night. i could eat sushi every freaking day. i am going to go on a sushi and burrito diet. nothing but sushi and burritos all the time. actually, scratch that, the pizza dome has to fit in there somewhere. pizza is good.

work is still boring.

i still maintain that puzo is a better story teller than palahniuk. i can say that because i can. i can compare them because i want to. they are both great writers, but yeah. go read j.g. ballard and you'll see why i can compare the two. he is the missing link between. word.

i'm starving.

its going to be wednesday tomorrow. jen is getting married on thurdsay. i HAD two dates to the wedding, BOTH of them flaked out on me (perhaps to make out with eachother? hmmmm.... interesting.). good thing i'm in tight witha dreamy brides maid. neener neener. all nate and tashas free food and alchohol will now be in MY belly. muahahahahaha. there's going to be free food, right?
