nate
i wasnt ranking on febreeze so much as a product, but as an advertising concept. check out the febreeze site for christs sake, they're marketing the crap like its the new penicillin or something. i'm not saying its not useful if you're trying to get the cigarette smell out of your couch, but its not a necessity. thats all i was really saying. no one NEEDS febreeze. i'm willing to bet a person could go their whole life without using febreeze. thats all.

and yes, i have used it in the past, though you have exaggerated your claims as to the extent of my use. first of all, the quote you are referring to was made jokingly ONE TIME while i was using the aforementioned product on clothes i had been wearing for 2 days. i seem to remember a lot of partying and sleeping on the floor that weekend. i believe that was also the weekend nate scott didnt shower for 2 days and came up with the hypothesis that the cleanliness of your body was directly proportional to the cleanlyness of your face (read:if you wash your face real good, you dont need a shower). 2) the "whole year" you are referring to is an embellishment gleaned from this one incident combined with the few times i used febreeze on jackets and garments made of wool that i didnt want to take to get drycleaned and the hundreds of times i used it to cover up the smell of animal urine and my brothers body reek soaked into the carpet and those disgusting couches in the downstairs of my moms house. so there you go.

so, in conclusion, if you are related to quinn payton and have a dog that pisses and shits all over everything, i would agree ... febreeze is a fine product. however, its not necessary if you and the rest of your family are in the habit of using the toilet, changing your clothes and showering.
