Amnesty International thinks the war on terrorism is bullshit.

As a strategy, the war on terror is bankrupt of vision and bereft of principle

damn.

but hey, at least the war on terrorism gives us an excuse to mess with muslims in the US.

the whole "imminent terrorist attack" thing seems like a huge load of bullshit to me. It just seems like a different version of the same "terror threat level" trick they always pull when theres bad news for the president. Lots of people are REALLY pissed about this whole torture thing and are calling for Donald Rumsfeld to resign, so they announce that Al Qaida is going to "hit us hard" to take media attention away from the veritable cornucopia of messed up things that are going on in the government right now. There's a whole list of times when breaking news stories came out that spelled bad news for the administration and then 1 or 2 days later the terror threat went up. I'll find it and post it. crazy shit.

this is funny too ... it is just blatant bashing of Republicans, but who cares? If John Kerry becomes president, I promise I'll make fun of him too. "Why the long face John?" ... i cant wait. hahaha.
