well .... i just got home from being in a wicked car accident. lauren came to pick me up to go to this show in bremerton and when we got there our car got T-Boned while we were turning around by some 19 year old kid who wasnt watching the road. zac and karen were on the passenger side of the car and they both ended up in the hospital. zac got airlifted to harborview, karen went to the local hospital in bremerton. scary shit. i thought zac was dead. the kid hit us at like 30 or 40 miles an hour. the car is totaled, they had to use the jaws of life to get zac and karen out. everyones alright though ... for better or worse. zac was unconcious when the paramedics got there and has a pretty bad concussion, but nothing is broken and all his limbs are still intact. i hear karen has a fracture in her back. this is all pretty remarkable because if you saw the car after it happened you'd be suprized that they even lived. i think laurens bruised here and there and has a few chipped teeth. my back is just sore and i'm cut up from the broken glass of all the windows blowing out. i still cant believe it happened. the kid didnt even slow down. he spun us around and we ended up 50 feet from where we were originally stopped. i went and saw both karen and zac in the hospital and they were both awake and doing well ... both on TONS of morphine. we were all VERY lucky.

it was dougs car. hopefully insurance will take care of him.

its times like these when you realize you've never been closer to the end of your life than you are right now.

thanks to ryan and tessa(?) for giving me rides to hospitals and home ... oh and for letting me eat that pizza. hahaha.
