I got the new belle and sebastian record from the music editor at work yesterday. i'm not a big belle and sebastian fan, but this record is really good. its mellow but poppy. it's a little campy in that 'it kind of sounds like it was made in the 60's' way. weird. anyway, go buy it when it comes out. its good. the first song actually sounds a little bit like the beach boys "good vibrations" in places. the whole record has a bit of that beach boys flavor to it ... not a bad thing in my book at all. if you're into eating handfulls of pills, drinking rum and coke and sitting around talking about modernism versus art deco, this is definately a record for you.

as i was writing that last part i put on the first song so i could figure out what it sounded like ... then as soon as i stopped writing craw came on. craw freaking rules. i dont care what you think adam paysse.

the rear view mirror on the inside of my car fell off ... i'm way pissed about that. it swings all around when i drive because its hanging from the ceiling from some wires that attach it to the electrical system. i cant figure out how to disconnect those wires either. its a travesty of epic proportions.

i heard this guy chris miller on the radio over the weekend. i thought it was really good. i cant find anything about him on the internet now except for this one site that i assume is his, but it sucks and all the songs on it are dumb, so i refuse to believe that it was the awesome crap i heard on the radio.

i think we call that a run on sentance kids.
