Excess Baggage
2004 has been my year of good financial decisions. So far I have ditched the car and started riding the bus: no more car payment, no more car insurance payment, no more gas to buy (I'd come right out and say how much money this is saving me each month, but it's really embarrassing.) I also ditched Qwest for Tmobile and now my phone bill is half of what it used to be. Today I took my annual bonus and paid off all my credit card debt (I also bought a sweet chair for my living room). Now the only interest rate I have to think about is the one that is working in my favor. It's about damned time.
