An addition to my job title: Pirate
On a lot of days, I sit around and lament how much I'm bored with my job. "It's the same-old same-old all the time ... how amazingly boring," I'll say. Other days, like yesterday, I'll sit at my desk pulling my hair out being pissed about how I have to figure something out. Whenever it's like that, it generally means I'm doing something with an actual payoff ... Yesterday that payoff was learning how to pirate dvds. Yes, I got paid, at work, to learn how to pirate dvds.

here's proof:

I'm going to California on vacation in like 3 weeks. I caaaaaaaan't wait. If you're one of those people who lives in Seattle and hates LA, move to New York. It'll take about 2 weeks before you realize LA is idyllic. Yeah, LA is big and dirty and full of fake, shitty people. New York, on the other hand, is big and dirty and full of shitty people, except they don't even pretend to be nice and the weather sucks ... And you can actually get decent Mexican food in LA.

Whatever. Someday I'm going to move to Vancouver BC. Incase you weren't already aware, in 2002 Vancouver tied with Melbourne as the most livable city IN THE WORLD. I guess I agree with that assessment. I mean, the only complaint I had about Vancouver when I visited there was that people STOPPED THEIR CARS FOR PEDESTRIANS ... HAS THE WORLD GONE CRAZY!?!?!?!
