Leave it up to Canadians
So, I've been reading a lot of Noam Chomsky recently. Lots of people hate this dude, which is understandable. He does a lot of stuff in his writing that I think sort of hurts his cause. For instance, don't use the term "imperial grand strategy" when talking about American foreign policy to Americans. Perhaps that's just proof that the Chomper isn't exactly what one might call a "slick" politician. Sure, there's something to be said for calling a duck a duck, but there's also something to be said for choosing to use the term Mexican instead of the term Wet Back. That last sentance is funny to me since I'm probably the last person who should be explaining the finer points of tact. whatevers dude.

anyway, all that round-aboutness was leading up to this link. Admittedly, I haven't read all of it word for word, but this canuck has compiled the most complete and least reactionary critique of Noam Chomsky I've been able to find. The user comments are pretty well thought out as well, which I find remarkable since most internet users are fucking jackals. whatever dudesky.
