Sudan
There's some interesting reading about Sudan right here. Remember how Bill Clinton bombed the Al Shifa medical plant in Sudan in 1998? Yeah, that couldn't have ANYTHING to do with the crazy crap that's going on there now. Nah, those Sudanese people didn't need 60% of their medicine anyway.
