The Bran Diet
So I have inadvertantly "invented" a new diet. It's the bran diet. You just eat a lot of bran muffins. Like one in the morning and one during the day and one at night. It's not a strict diet. You just figure out what works best for you.
The diet works like this: Eat bran. Shit. Repeat. At some point you start to shit more than you eat. Then you lose weight. Simple!
